After the winter months and the necessary maintenance work, PELAGO returned to the water on Friday, April 24th.
A moment that always carries a quiet sense of renewal — for the vessel, for the Skipper, and for the journey ahead.
Starting next week, PELAGO sets sail on its first tour across the Aegean for the 2026 season, including a stop in Thessaloniki.
As in previous years, the route will connect islands, ports, producers, and local communities — continuing a practice that is both old and newly relevant.
This season marks another step in the ongoing effort of Aegean Cargo Sailing to move goods in a more direct, human-scale way — closer to the rhythms of the sea and the realities of local production.
Each journey is not only about transport, but about relationships:
between producers and places, between cargo and story, between tradition and a different way of moving forward.
