As part of Aegean Cargo Sailing’s eco-logistics mission, PELAGO brings more than cargo—it carries a message. A message of sustainability, community, and the quiet power of working with nature, not against it. This voyage supports the vibrant local initiative IDEA BAR & EMPORIUM, a creative space dedicated to culture, craftsmanship, and conscious living.
Docking in Skopelos is more than a stop it’s a collaboration. A meeting point between islands, people, and ideas. Onboard were selected artisanal products—like organic olive oil, sea salt, and hand-picked herbs—transported purely by wind power. These goods now find a home on the shelves and tables of IDEA, where stories, flavors, and friendships are shared.
Through sail-powered cargo, we reduce our environmental footprint while connecting communities in a meaningful way. Every crossing is an act of care—for the sea, the islands, and the generations to come.
