On Thursday evening, as golden light spilled across the courtyard of IDEA BAR & EMPORIUM, guests gathered for a painting vernissage—an opening rich with color, texture, and conversation. Just in time, a very special arrival made the moment complete: Lalari wine by Nikolaou, brought to Patmos by sail, courtesy of Aegean Cargo Sailing.

Crafted on the island of Ikaria, Lalari is more than a wine—it’s an expression of wild island character, patience, and natural fermentation. The name itself evokes something light, fleeting, and precious—like a breeze, a whisper, a moment.

Delivered by PELAGO, our wind-powered vessel, Lalari’s journey honors both tradition and transition: from vine to bottle, from island to island, with no engine noise, no emissions—only wind and purpose.
